I liked how the virtual training was delivered in micro-learning style. The short modules helped me focus. The quiz after each module was quite hard and it made me focus even more on the content. It helped me review what I learned in the classroom so I could capture more details for better understanding. For a non-English native speaker, it helped me review and confirmed my understanding at my pace.

MMSVT is a perfect solution for coaching lovers who are still juggling with a busy schedule and haven’t decided to spend a majority of time learning coaching. For trained coaches, the short video clips about different aspects in coaching is a beautiful reminder to nurture your mind with your preferred knowledge. As a trained MMS coach, I find the modules helpful to reflect on ways to improve my coaching sessions. This is my private marker to evaluate my own coaching quality in a human and self-developing way alongside ICF PCC markers and core competencies.

MMSVT is very well paced, easy to follow and understand. The content is rich and sufficient enough for me to prepare for our next live session.

I couldn’t have wished for a better Coach Training than what MMS offers. The mix of live trainings and the MMSVT (virtual training) was fantastic and suited me very well. Convenience, accessibility, and comfort sum up the MMSVT and my direct experience. It’s an amazing tool, that I can review to anchor the learning and then come back to revisit it multiple times if wanted. Each time I do this, I learn the content at an even deeper level. I like being able to reinforce what I have read and heard and to “re-groove” my brain so that I own the content and can deploy it on my own. This is such a great way to learn, again, and again, and again!

MMSVT contains the prime parts of MMS Coach Training course and is really marvelous. Every module is classic and worth keeping. The length of each session is appropriate to keep you focused. Dr. Chérie’s charisma makes the training more vivid. You must grasp the content to be able to pass each quiz. It is the first time I didn’t feel bored in a virtual training even though I watched it several times. If you are ambitious and have a dream to be a brilliant professional coach, you should join us!

MMSVT was a precious supplement to the MMS Coach Training course. In a systematic set up, it goes into more details, building the knowledge in small bite sizes. I also love MMSVT because I was in control of my learning and I could access the information according to my schedule. I was also able to go back and repeat anything I wanted, even when the words were said just a couple moments ago and I needed to rewind to digest the info better. I could also pause to write down my own thoughts, thus this mode of learning was ultimately personalized for my pace which could go up and down according to my energy level 24/7!

The MMSVT is a self-directed program that Dr. Cherie has developed where I can watch each coaching video as many times as I need to deepen my learning. It is a 24/7 learning platform that I can watch at my leisure, in my space, at my time. I can just to the videos that I want to bring more awareness to my coaching. That is how Dr. Cherie designed it…to heighten awareness with her students in mind.
